World’s Best Island Living, and a few timeshares that can take you there

Each year TripAdvisor puts out several “best of” lists that enable travelers to sift through mountains of information and find out which travel destinations are the best reviewed places to set your sights on. This time, it’s islands. While they’ve given you ten islands to choose from, we’ll highlight three that are accessible by timeshare trades and don’t require 24 hours on a flight.

First up is Providenciales in Turks and Caicos. One of the world’s top beach destination, Providenciales is also the most populated of the Turks and Caicos islands. Azul water and white sands stretching for miles in combination with its thriving tourist industry that is accustomed and equipped to cater to Western comforts together make this island a popular destination worth visiting. Turks and Caicos timeshare resale is around too, for those who love timeshare travel and want to stay somewhere familiar.

Next on the list doesn’t require an international flight—Marco Island, Florida. Just over an hour and a half drive from Miami, it’s amazingly accessible and quite a bit more affordable than traveling overseas. Strawberry daiquiris are easy to come by beachside, and seashell scavenging in the sun is a favorite activity to unwind. Golf, tennis, Everglade exploration, or nature hikes are all great pastimes in the delicious island air. Marco Island Florida timeshare resales offer familiar and trusted names, too, like Marriott’s Crystal Shores and a Radisson.

Finally, for a different kind of climate, the island of Lewis and Harris in Scotland has a fairy tale feel to it. With medieval villages to explore and a sun that never sets in summer, the island can charm you with its genuine castle, bay villages, and vacation rentals that start at $89 a night. For those who want a timeshare stay, plenty of timeshare resales in the UK offer a jumping off point from which travelers can journey up to Lewis and Harris.

If island vacations or traveling internationally aren’t your pleasures, maybe you’d like to peruse your options in the mountain west or lakeside for the views. Whatever your fancy, though, if you’re taking an annual vacation, you might consider buying a timeshare resale: at 60% off developer prices they can be found at what you’d spend on your vacation anyway, opening doors to new places and shaving off hassles of vacation planning simultaneously.
