The Grand Timber Lodge resort is located in Breckenridge between the base of Peak 9 and the Snowflake lift, with ski in and ski out access. In addition to having easy access to the Snowflake lift, the resort also provides a shuttle that goes in just a few minutes to other lift areas.

Seasons
Owners at this resort can purchase a floating week or a fixed week ownership. Fixed weeks are highly demanded holiday weeks 51 and 52. Floating weeks are categorized into three seasons as shown below.

- Bonus time. Owners can book additional nights above and beyond the week they own on an availability basis. Bonus time can be reserved up to 30 days prior to arrival. Bonus time rates offer a 40% discount or greater off than normal rates.
