Location & Travel

The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is central to all the attractions that Breckenridge has to offer. The lodge sits just steps from the Independence SuperChair at the base of Peak 7 of the Breckenridge Ski Resort, allowing for effortless ski-in/ski out access.

Due to the central location on the mountain, the lodge has easy access to all the other Breck mountain ski peaks – Peaks 6, 8, 9 and 10. Downtown Breckenridge is just a walk down the hill, and the BreckConnect Gondola is also footsteps from the lodge.

Transportation Options

Staying in the heart of Breckenridge allows guests the convenience of forgoing renting a vehicle if they choose. Guests travelling from Denver International Airport (DIA) have numerous transportation options from the airport to the lodge, including shared and private shuttles such as Summit Express, Peak One Express, and Epic Mountain Express. Once at Grand Lodge, getting around is simple and convenient. Breckenridge and Summit County offer free public transportation services through Breck Free Ride and Summit Stage.

Effortless access to world-renowned skiing is the name of the game at Grand Lodge on Peak 7. Not only is the SuperChair lift steps away from the lodge, there is also convenient access to three of Peak 8’s express lifts and the BreckConnect Gondola. However, the entertainment at the lodge goes well beyond the slopes!

An expansive indoor-outdoor aquatic area is available for all lodge guests and features a waterslide, waterfall splash area, water fountain, landscape-inspired hot tubs, and an adult-only relaxation area.

Four private movie theaters are available for free reservation and are equipped with state-of-the-art video technology and are operated with a touchscreen pad. All theaters offer reclining seats.  Owners can make an advance reservation for the theater, allowing a family to have a private screening experience.

How Does the Timeshare System at Grand Lodge Peak 7 Work?

With their purchased weeks, owners may use their residence, share it, rent it out, or exchange their time at one of 3,2000 resorts in over 80 nations around the globe through Grand Lodge and Peak 7’s affiliation with Interval International exchange company. An added bonus to fractional ownership at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is that the lodge is dog-friendly for owners only.

Use years run on a calendar basis from January 1 to December 31, and ownerships can be annual, odd year usage, or even year usage. Maintenance fees are paid annually.

How Far In Advance Can Owners Book?

Owners may book up to 12 months in advance, and as of recently, they can make home resort reservations online through the owner portal. Owners can make reservations beginning the first Tuesday that is 365 days or fewer in advance of the desired check in date.

Lock-Off Units

All of the two, three, and four bedroom residences at Peak 7 can be locked off, and each part of the lock-off can be used independently. This means that each part of the lock off can be booked for a different week in the season, exchanged with Interval International, rented or given to family or friends to use.
A two bedroom residence splits into a one bedroom, sometimes called master suite, and a studio.  A three bedroom can be split three ways: 1) a one bedroom and a double suite; 2) a two bedroom and a suite; or 3) a one bedroom and two suites.  Finally, a four bedroom can be split into 1) two two-bedroom villas; 2) a three bedroom and a one bedroom; 3) two-one bedrooms and a double suite, or 4) ) two one-bedrooms and two suites.

Interval International Exchange

Resale owners have the option of exchanging their home resort week through Interval International, a major timeshare exchange company, in order to travel to other luxury resorts such as Marriott, Hyatt, Disney or Westin.

The Grand Lodge at Peak 7 Seasons

In 2023, beds, furniture, and carpet were replaced, a new television / streaming system were implemented, residences were repainted, and elements of the aquatic area, fitness center, and family fun center were replaced and upgraded.

2024

Updates planned in 2024 include replacing cardio equipment in the Fitness Center, repainting portions of residences, and replacing some balcony furniture.
