  • Minimum Stay: Reservations require a minimum of two nights.
  • Flexibility: Points can be used for stays in different unit types and seasons, offering greater flexibility.
  • Non-Transferable: Points cannot be carried over to future years and must be used within the calendar year.
  • Subject to Availability: As with all points-based reservation systems, the inventory to fulfill your desired reservation must be available. This can mean owners will need to book their vacations as far in advance as possible to increase the odds of booking their chosen travel dates.

Resort Privileges

Club Members enjoy year-round access to resort amenities, including swimming pools, hot tubs, owners’ lounges, and spa facilities even without having a reservation booked at the resort.

Bonus Time

Members can reserve additional time at the resort at discounted rates, subject to availability. Reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance, providing an affordable way to extend vacations.

Optional Resale Initiation Fee

BGV owners do have the option of paying a resale initiation fee to opt-in to the Club Membership and get all of the associated benefits. Currently, the Resale Initiation Fee is set at $20,000, but many owners who purchase on the resale market decide not to pay this initiation fee.

Points Overlay Values for BGV Properties

Below are the points overlay values for Club Members booking weekly and nightly stays at Grand Colorado on Peak 8 and Grand Lodge on Peak 7. There are no point overlay values for Grand Timber Lodge, regardless of whether you purchase that property on the resale market or directly through BGV.
