New Years Day charity event at Pioneer Park
This year, PTR decided to begin 2014 by giving back. PTR was given a lot last year. Three new employees, a new office in California, and a new website to help timeshare owners navigate this sometimes difficult brand of real estate. Because of everything PTR has received, and Kelly Marshall’s natural love of charity, a couple employees woke up early on New Years Day to help feed and clothe the homeless in Salt Lake City.
This annual event put on by a Park City family was a blast for PTR to be a part of. Kelly and Savannah served coffee and other breakfast items, hung donated coats and helped the homeless attendees shuffle through gloves, socks and hats.

There is nothing akin to the feeling of helping others, which is why Kelly has worked for this event for the last four years, and has now brought other PTR members into the mix. PTR sees this as the first of many charity events that the staff will be a part of in 2014.
Along with charity events, PTR has a lot planned for the upcoming year. For starters, our social media presence is expected to grow as we write more insightful and fun blogs for our readers to enjoy.
Additionally, our offices are expected to expand across America. PTR’s California office, headed by agent John Raymond, gives PTR the opportunity to be more involved in timeshare sales and news on the west coast. While we already specialize in Park City timeshares, having the opportunity to add California timeshare resale to our repertoire of expertise is very exciting for the whole staff.
Also expanding is PTR’s website and services. PTR is announcing our new rental services this month! Whether you won’t be able to use your timeshare this year, or are looking to test a timeshare out before committing to purchase, rentals are a great option. Our agents are ready to help you rent or find a timeshare rental. And coming in the next few months will be a new rental advertising space on our website, making it easy for timeshare owners to advertise for free with us.
